Service Description

Sound Therapy has been shown to be effective in not only supporting relaxation and calm, but also for balancing our body's vibrational energies. Using Crystal Singing Bowls to create sound, the vibrations produced gently lull you into a relaxed, meditative state and can be beneficial in healing & clearing the mind. A blindfold is optional if you wish to block out light so that the hearing sense is more focussed. A gentle, relaxing, non-touch therapy for everyone. These are also run as group classes.
